Welcome to Pabill-e. By creating an account, verifying your identity, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service

Pabill-e connects sari-sari store owners and customers for pre-orders, bulk buying, and store credit. We provide the platform; stores are responsible for their products, prices, and fulfillment.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration and verification information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Store owners must submit valid government ID and business documents for approval.
Customers must submit valid government ID for identity verification before placing orders.

3. Orders and payments

Orders, deposits, credit, and payment proofs are handled between customers and stores according to each store's policies. Pabill-e facilitates record-keeping but does not guarantee delivery or payment settlement between parties.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Pabill-e for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or uploading false documents. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

5. Verification

Submitted IDs and business documents are reviewed by administrators. Approval is not guaranteed. Rejected applications may be resubmitted with corrected information.

6. Limitation of liability

Pabill-e is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between stores and customers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
